BIOGRAPHY

Christophe Hoarau received his Ph-D degree in chemistry at the University of Lille (France) in 2000. Post-doctoral researcher at the University of Oxford (UK) in 2001, Assistant Professor of Organic Chemistry at the University of Rouen till 2012, Full Professor in Organic chemistry at the INSA of Rouen. He is leader on ‘Heterocycles chemistry using transition-metal catalysed C-H bond activation’. Director of ‘Fine chemistry and Chemical Engineering’ department of INSA of Rouen (2019-2020).   Member of the Advisory Board of ARKIVOC since 2004. Member of the International Scientific Committee of ECHC (European Colloquium on Heterocyclic Chemistry) since 2018. At the present, he is chairman of ECHC 2021 (26-29th April).
