Philippe JUBAULT

Professor, INSA Rouen Normandy

Fluorinated biomolecules synthesis team

BIOGRAPHY

Philippe Jubault received his PhD in 1996 at INSA Rouen. After one year as a post-doctoral student at Hydro-Québec (Canada), he was a Marie Curie research fellow in the laboratory of Prof. Aggarwal (Univ. Sheffield). In 1998, he returned to the INSA of Rouen and assumed in 2000 an assistant professor position, becoming full professor in 2009. His research interests include the development of new methodologies for the synthesis of original fluorinated building blocks and new methods for the synthesis of fluoro, CF2H, CF3 -cyclopropanes. Since 2019, he is heading the group of “Fluorinated Biomolecules Synthesis” at the laboratory COBRA.
